Drum roll please – we’re back, live and online. We’re back with Bitesize Business sessions to help you build confidence whether dealing with customers or trying to keep track of your time.

With customers, costs and confidence being some of the most important factors in today’s business, our programme of short and snappy sessions has been designed to give you the confidence and courage to move your business forward.

The short and snappy sessions, fully funded from the North East Business Support Fund –  part financed by the European Regional Development Fund and Northern Powerhouse – are available online – saving time and are exclusively available to County Durham business owners.

We’ll give you tips on how to keep track of your time, take the distress away from digital and help you to identify ways of turning your customer journey into a delight by providing you with a competitive edge with your sales techniques and service style.

Our sessions start on 21 September and County Durham businesses can apply for a place and pick from a range of topics including:

  • Your Sales Toolbox and Pitch Perfect
  • Bringing a Smile to your Customer Service
  • To Tweet or not to Tweet – Digital marketing 101
  • Lead by Example – turn from manager to leader
  • Time Robbers - time management & prioritisation

With working from home becoming the new norm, we’ve also included a valuable session on how to identify techniques to manage your time confidently and the importance of prioritisation – keeping distractions and interruptions at bay allowing you to work on your business rather than in your business.

Sessions continue to be accessed online – ensuring you make the most of your time and applications are welcomed from business owners across County Durham.
