We run a range of different Masterclass topics throughout the year.

A practical session on how to plan and structure digital marketing activity. Leaving with a complete digital marketing strategy, we’ll be covering the various channels that exist and how they can be used.

With the ever-increasing presence, make your instafeed come alive by understanding how you can use this platform to promote your business. We’ll inspire you to think differently about your offer and how you can get to grips with this channel.

Wondering how to make sure your contacts on LinkedIn can help grow your business? This session provides an overview and shows how you can get the best from this platform – allowing subtle positioning of your business to emerge.

Learn how to maximise Google Ads to maximise conversions and increase business. Keywords, tools available and best practice will covered in this quick session ensuring you can understand the process behind campaign planning.

Starting with an overview of Search Engine Optimisation, attendees will then learn about the three core pillars of SEO – technical, on-page and off-page. Understand how positioning works, build links and how to get the message out.

Eligibility

The North East Business Support Fund provides funding to allow currently trading, North East based SME's to attend one of a range of free to access workshops.

Location: We are currently only able to support businesses based in Northumberland and Tyne and Wear. Unfortunately, at this stage, we are unable to take applications from businesses based in the Tees Valley.

Previous funding: If you are based in Northumberland or Tyne and Wear and you've recieved NEBSF funding from us since September 2015, you will not be eligible for the workshop programme.

How many people can attend from each business? Each eligible business can send one person on the Masterclass.

Do I have to attend more than one session? Yes, you'll need to attend at least 12 hours of sessions in total.
