Richard has many years experience in the training and learning Industry, and was most recently, a Senior Executive in a large multi-national organisation where he was responsible for UK sales, including the management of many ‘blue-chip’ clients. Richard says ‘I was responsible for winning, developing and the overall management of several global accounts but the time came when I felt I was ready for change. I also wanted to become engaged with the North East business community – to play my part in helping local businesses succeed’.
With his vast experience and skills Richard felt it was time to ‘go it alone’ however he held only limited knowledge of Self Employment. Considerable time was spent considering options for income streams and assistance was given in his successful application to NEEIC (North East England Investment Centre) for Intervention Funding’.
