The location of the premises will attract thousands of visitors on a daily basis to the new office which opened in November 2009. Sam lives in Morpeth and has lots of local knowledge of the town and surrounding areas and is committed to delivering an excellent service to her customers. Sam has many years of experience in Estate Agency and Residential Lettings. She first launched her career over 13 years ago in Morpeth working for General Accident Property Services, who later became Your Move. She was soon promoted to Branch Manager and later helped other agents in town to set up their new business.

Sector analysis and localised market research was a key component of the business planning stage. When the research was completed we were then able complete the financial projections for the business. A robust business plan was completed which included a marketing strategy, financial projections and an operational management plan and structure. Sam was introduced to a bank, an accountant, and other key service providers essential to the operation of her business.
