1. Let us know if you are interested (contact details below), fill in a simple form (also downloadable from our website) and we will check your eligibility.

2. One of our L&M Specialist Advisors will visit you and undertake a confidential, face to face, free assessment of your leadership and management skills, highlighting your strengths and areas for development linked to your business objectives.

3. They will then talk you through the results and use their expertise to suggest approaches and solutions designed to suit your learning style, availability and location.

4. They will produce a personal development plan for action: for example actions for developing your capabilities in:

• Business and Financial Planning
• Risk Identification/Management
• Marketing and Sales
• Operations
• Performance Management
• Workforce: Skills & Motivation

5. You will be able to access a 100% grant up to £500 plus up to a further £500 for development provided you match £ for £  to subsidise a wide range of activities to develop your business including:

• Workshop Attendance
• Action Learning Projects
• Assessment/Personal Development Planning
• In House Coaching and/or Mentoring Support
• Professional Qualifications
• Other personal development activities (depending on the leader or managers personal/business requirements)
